Benefits of Massage

LOWER HEART RATE, REDUCE DAILY STRESS
From shoulder tension to elevated blood pressure and heart health, stress affects us all. Working out muscle tension during a massage helps make chronic pain – as well as short term stress – easier to work through.

ELIMINATE ACHES AND PAINS, RECOVER FROM INJURY MORE QUICKLY
Everyday stress, repetitive actions, and injuries cause pain that can seem to take up permanent residence in our bodies. Massage therapy is excellent for injury rehabilitation and maintenance of healthy tissue. It decreases muscle tension, increases circulation, and calms the nervous system.

INCREASED CIRCULATION. MORE RELAXATION
Muscle tension can restrict circulation, but massage helps relax chronically tense and tightened muscles to promote increased blood flow and flush harmful toxins out of your body.
